Christmas 2009

What a great Christmas we had! I think it felt more Christmas-y than it has for a long time because I got to be with my family for the big family party. Everyone had fun doing the nativity on Christmas eve--you can see a shepherd and some kings in the center of this collage and a sheep playing the piano. Cutie was delighted with his pirate costume given to him by Superstar and went around all day saying, "aaargh", to everyone. Superstar thought his disguise set from Silly Guy was the best. He put it on and told everyone his name was Bishop Bishop. Grandma Hymas was entertained by them and we are so glad since Christmas was the last time we got to see her--but that's another post.

The following week we made a 24 hour trip to Boise to see our dear friends the Krommenhoeks. We don't get to see them very often but wanted to see them before their oldest son leaves on his mission in January. It was so fun to see them again!

More Dunn Christmas Party 12/19/09

Dunn Christmas Party 12/19/09

We had a lot of fun ice skating at South Jordan Towne Center ice rink. Many of us had never been ice skating before.

Then back to bobandnae's house for soup, treats, white elephant gifts and the Christmas Story. What a wonderful night! Thanks everyone :)

Barton Christmas Party 12/13/09

Mrs. Santa provided pizza and presents for the whole Barton clan at Jeanne's super cute house in Sugar House.

Everyone loved the pizza and provided lots of other delicious food!

Karaoke was a huge hit with all of the grandchildren!

We all had a really nice time. Thanks Jeanne!

Graduation(a few months later)

I was so happy to get these pictures that someone else had taken from graduation since the ones I took were mostly terrible! Doesn't Juice look so happy?

Christmas time!

My boys are all growing up! They've all been so excited to go Christmas shopping. I told them that it was still three weeks 'til Christmas but they didn't care. Silly Guy even told me that giving presents was almost just as fun as getting them. Wow! I guess they really do learn a few things whether it's obvious to me or not.

I love how Cutie was so excited to hang these rubber bands on our Christmas tree! He can't do anything without making something out of it first.
